"how much notice do you need to make me cookies??"
well....it all depends. depends on the quantity and the design. depends if i already have the cookie cutter or do i need to purchase?
i managed to receive this request for 15 cookies on tuesday, come up with the design that night, cut them from dough i already had waiting in the freezer and bake them on wednesday, experience my back-pain flare-up on friday, decorate them saturday and sunday while standing, bag them monday morning and have them picked up that evening. so possibly a week? my preference is at least 2!!
