a fun set of 2.5 dozen for one of my best customers.
i already had this "happy birthday" stencil, so i was sure to pick a cookie shape/size that matched it.
i was able to use icing transfers of the "8" and "0", which helped this design come together quickly.
i was semi-successful making the balloon arch out of one big icing transfer. only a few stayed whole, but the rest i was able to piece together to complete the look.
