i almost got a large order to do 200 mini cookies for little sister's soccer banquet. by the time i dreamed up the designs and made a few samples, i learned that the board decided to go in another direction (hope everyone enjoys the italian ice...). honestly, it's probably a blessing. not sure how i would've done that many cookies in less than a month. anyway, they sure turned out cute. maybe next year.... ;-)
