first up today: muffins with mom & the book fair. from 6:45am till the start of school at 7:40am, little sister and i had some bonding time.
next up was her g/t field trip to the perot museum. i was chaperone for 4 kids, including little sister. the kids had fun running around and exploring this interactive museum.
after a small rest after school, we headed back at 6pm for the 4th grade music program - "music is awesome!" the kids had lots of fun singing and dancing to the music.
the students were asked to dress up several ways, but it was their choice: disco style, dress in formal black like
an orchestra member, dress as a farmer, dress as a mummy, or just dress
in jeans and a plain bright colored t-shirt. the dress styles matched the song themes.
the program lasted for about 20 minutes. enjoy!!
