my new ride
after 12.5 years and 141k miles.....we said goodbye to our 2005 honda pilot today. she was needing some repairs that we just could not justify making. it was a tough decision, but it was time.
we test drove a few other hondas last weekend, but i really fell in love with the 2017 CR-V. it is sporty, smaller, and really pretty! other bonuses include better gas mileage, bluetooth, and reliability. here's hoping she lasts me another 10+ years!!

puppy-sitting
our new neighbor needed some puppy-sitters for a few hours today, and the girls were happy to volunteer. they had some fun walking abby & damon, but they were disappointed when they mostly just slept! too cute, and too funny!!

first practice
little sister's soccer team is back on the fields today for their first practice of the fall season. they move up to the bigger field this year, and move up to a size 5 ball.
