3x champs

fusion played for the fourth consecutive year in the tournament of champions.

while little sister was at the holiday parade friday, the team enjoyed an easy first-game victory 12-0.

saturday's game ended with a 1-1 tie.

sunday started with an 8am game, which the team won 5-0.  after such an early start and with time to wait for the next game, everyone warmed up at a cozy breakfast.

winning the semi-final game 4-2 at 11:30am put fusion in the championship at 3:15pm!

the girls won it all 6-1 and became 3x champs!

holiday parade

 

little sister played bass 2 tonight in her last town holiday parade.

so of course, we went to cheer her on!

drums were decked out in full hoiday spirit.

my goal was to get one nice family photo for this year's christmas card.....

i ended up with so much more.

v stars

lucky enough to play in the first half of today's game at home - before running off to a drumline competition.  the opposing team was in pink, so we pulled out our OG green jerseys.  score was 5-1 at the half, and the team finished the game with a 10-1 victory.  

little sister forgot her cleats at school, so she borrowed a pair - which were too small and gave her a blister.  she tried a larger mismatched pair towards the end of the half, but the damage was already done.

the last game

little sister ended her senior marching band season tonight at an away football game.  i think she had a blast being on drumline and formed some really great friendships.  i will miss watching her perform and hope she knows i'm her biggest fan.
